As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Lead React Developer to help drive innovation
and build cutting-edge solutions for healthcare communication.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead React Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you
will take ownership of front-end development while contributing across the full stack to build
scalable and high-performing applications. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product
managers, and DevOps teams to drive innovation, optimize performance, and mentor junior
developers.

Responsibilities

Engineering & Development

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant React applications.

• Contribute to backend services and API integrations as needed.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal application responsiveness.

• Write comprehensive tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.

• Provide clear, well-documented code with appropriate comments and explanations.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
   

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with local and remote developers in an agile environment.

• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with the Product and DevOps teams.

• Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.

• Quickly communicate any blockers, risks, or dependencies impacting project timelines.

System & Product Management

• Assist in prioritizing product features, releases, and patches.

• Ensure system uptime, security, and overall robustness.

• Manage onboarding/offboarding access for development-related systems.

• Act as a technical point of contact for external vendors and system integrations.

• Lead the hiring and onboarding of engineers and technical staff.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 5-7 years in software development with leadership experience in engineering

• teams.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Strong proficiency with Node.js.

  • Knowledge of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices.

  • Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure

  • as code.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

  • Passion for building user-centric applications with a focus on UX.
